Formed in Oldham, dance trio The Whip released their first album X Marks Destination on the cult Southern Fried label in 2008. They have also released several singles on French label Kitsune.
A staple on TV shows, their tracks have soundtracked everything from The FA Cup, Coors beer commercials and the Channel 4 series Rude Tube as well as a number of computer games.
They have also remixed a number of acts including Editors, The Black Ghosts and Hadouken!
