Underworld revolutionised electronic music in the Nineties by producing infectious hits such as "Born Slippy" and "Rez" that nonetheless had a dark, cynical tone. A top concert draw that has been seen by millions, Underworld recently released a new album, "Oblivion with Bells," which finds its music growing more mature without losing any of its charm.
Silver Columns are the side project of Pictish Trail’s Johnny Lynch and Kieran Hebden's former partner in Fridge, Adem Ilhan. Their debut recored 'Yes And Dance' was released earlier this year, providing a great mix between electronica and folk. Drawing well-merited comparisons with the giants of the scene Hot Chip, the band trade on their distinct air of mystique and catchy and soulful folktronica.
