Once described as “Patsy Cline or Gram Parsons on a radio station picked up from the Moon”, 4AD five-piece Mojave 3 feature former members of Chapterhouse and Slowdive. Considering their shoegaze roots, the band tend to take their sound from a different musical direction, drawing influence from country rock and folk and adding it to their sonic cannon.

London based six-piece Goldheart Assembly are purveyors of lovely melodies, ramshackle beardiness and the sound of banging doors. When they're not being rocky, they're the British Fleet Foxes.
